On Sunday December 3rd 2017 John Wells passed away suddenly at his home in Ajax in his 68th year.
On Wednesday December 6th 2017 at the Oshawa Funeral Home at 7:30pm the family has requested an Orange funeral service be conducted and all members are invtied to attend. This is an open service to allow family and friends at attend. Regalia to be worn.

Passed away suddenly at his residence on Sunday, December 3, 2017. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Jacqueline Wells. Beloved husband of Roberta (Dawe). Loving father of Rebecca (Greg) and Calvin (Jennifer). Will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Matthew, Andrew and Charlotte. Loving brother to Stan (Gloria), Karen (Peter), Alan (Barb), Christine (Dave) and Kimberly. Lovingly remembered by his numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. Affiliation: Loyal Orange Association, member of several marching bands and involved in coaching minor hockey and baseball. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West, (905-721-1234) on Wednesday, December 6, from 6 – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, December 7 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Thornton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Michaels Hospital would be appreciated.
